Returns and Refunds
Returns
Our returns policy allows you to return an item if it is received by us within 14 days of the date that it was delivered to you.
In order to be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it, unused and in its original packaging.
Please note that for hygiene reasons earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty.
We kindly ask that you please email us at returns@hristinajewellery.co.uk confirming that you wish to return your item, quoting your order number and including your reason for the return. We will then email you with details as to how and where to return your item to.
We would highly recommend that you use a 'signed for' and/or 'tracked' delivery service to return your item as we cannot accept any responsibility for returned items which we do not receive and as such are then unable to process a refund for.
Please note that we do not offer a free returns service.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will notify you to let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, the refund will then be made back onto your original payment method.
Please bear in mind that it can take up to 10 working days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Please note that any refund will not include the original delivery fee.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the above procedure to return your original item to us and then make a fresh order for the new item that you wish to purchase.
Faults
We are dedicated to ensuring that the strictest quality control is applied to our jewellery before it is sent out to you. In the rare event that your item unfortunately has a fault, please notify us as soon as possible at enquiries@hristinajewellery.co.uk.
